Audiovisual Napoli Hub is a free vocational training course in audiovisual and film production with a social vocation. A project intended for young people between the ages of 18 and 29 who reside in the Metropolitan City of Naples. The training, production, and post-production hub is proposed as a tool through which to accompany 80 NEETs from groups at risk of economic and social marginalization and 20 students from the Department of Social Sciences of the University of Naples Federico II, in entering the world of film and audiovisual professions.
Created in 2024, the project is conceived and implemented by Altra Napoli EF and Apogeo ETS, with the collaboration of the associations Sanitansamble, Il Grillo Parlante, Amici di Peter Pan and IPE.
The initiative benefits from a hallmark in education: the partnership with the Department of Social Sciences of the University of Naples Federico II.
The project relies on the support of private companies and foundations such as the Accademia Teatro alla Scala and counts on the support of public bodies and renowned national and international entities in the field of cultural and creative, artistic and audiovisual industries that offer participants specialized masterclasses and professionalizing paths in companies.
