Nothing more exciting happening here in terms of content, but just filling up the space to make it look, at least at first glance, a bit more representative of how this would look in a real-world application.

Course in theatrical tailoring

Overview

The Three-year BA programme in Costume Design for the Performing Arts is the course that teaches you how to manage the entire ‘life cycle’ of stage clothes, from their construction to their maintenance and preservation.

The didactic programme ensures that you acquire an adequate knowledge of the history and culture of the performing arts, particularly opera, and provides you with a good command of the methods and artistic techniques for the realisation of a costume project.

In particular, the course aims to provide knowledge and design and expressive methodologies, as well as to acquire specific disciplinary and professional skills, with reference to the representation of the character in theatre, television and film, as well as in the contexts of advertising communication and fashion.
