Workshop in production management

Overview

The Workshop in Production Management, coordinated by the Teatro alla Scala Director of Production Management Andrea Valioni, introduces participants to the organizational model of performing arts institutions.

  • The workshop is aimed at those adults who have a strong interest in learning the strategies and techniques of producing live shows and is offered to potential participants both as a preparatory experience for further managerial learning phases and as an opportunity for in-depth study on the method of Teatro alla Scala. Specific experience in the sector is not required for participation.
