Realised in partnership with POLIMI-Graduate School of Management and in collaboration with the Piccolo Teatro di Milano, the Master's programme offers an overview of the most effective managerial policies adopted in the world of the performing arts, with the aim of training professionals capable of operating in the sector's multiple areas of activity: superintendence, artistic direction, production management, sponsorship and fundraising, communication and marketing.
The programme includes intensive classroom study followed by an internship at prestigious venues such as the Teatro alla Scala, as well as field projects in Berlin, New York and Delft in collaboration with some of the most authoritative European and American universities.

Admission to the Master's programme is rolling basis, so the class may be full even before the final deadlines (17 September for non-EU citizens, 1 October for EU citizens).
Selection involves a written assignment, which is given after completing the online application and must be sent to master.mpam@gsom.polimi.it by the candidate before the interview, and an individual interview held either face-to-face or via Microsoft
Teams.
There will be 11 interview sessions in 2025, according to this schedule:
25 February - registration must be completed by 13 February
25 March - registration must be completed by 19 March
29 April - registration must be completed by 22 April
29 May - registration must be completed by 20 May
18 June - entry must be completed by 11 June
15 July - entry must be completed by 8 July
24 September - entry must be completed by 17 September
7 October - registration must be completed by 1 October (open to EU nationals only)

The Academy has agreements with accommodation, catering establishments, theatres, cinemas and other shops, from which students can benefit - by presenting their ID card - or even candidates for selection, by presenting their full registration.
Upon completion of the Master's programme, you become part of the POLIMI GSoM alumni network, with over 20,000 graduates, and of the broader Politecnico di Milano community, with more than 210,000 members, including over 35,000 School of Management graduates, as well as the Accademia Teatro alla Scala alumni network.
