Candidates to Course Levels 1–3 of the Ballet School shall prepare a VIDEO of themselves performing the exercises illustrated in the demo video provided here below.

The video does not need to be of professional quality
Musical accompaniment and/or barre is not necessary. Make sure your video is complete, uncorrupted, and that it fully and faithfully reproduces the exercises as illustrated in the demo, otherwise the video will not be accepted and the candidate will automatically be refused admission to the Ballet School.
At the beginning of the video, the candidate must declare her/his name and surname.

LENGTH
Once you have seen the demonstration, prepare your video: the one for the first course must not exceed 5 minutes in length, while the videos of the candidates for the second and third courses must not exceed 12 minutes in length.
UPLOAD AND SUMBIT
The video must be uploaded on Office365 platform no later then May 12, 2024 at 11.59 pm (CET – Rome).
NOTE TAHT: the video should NOT be loaded inside of the application form (to be filled in within April 7, 2024) but submitted following these instructions.
Once prepared the video, upload it onto the folder of the course level you apply for, TYPING NAME (“nome”) AND SURNAME (“cognome”) OF THE CANDIDATE where required:

The system will lead you step by step.
At the end of the upload, a video message will inform you on the output and it’s not necessary to write or call the Student’s Office.
WARNING
As mentioned, the application for the course level 1, 2 and 3 is composed by two different procedures: the video and the online application form available at https://iscrizioni.accademialascala.it. The application form MUST be filled within April 7, 2024.
If one of the 2 procedures is missing, the candidate is NOT enrolled to the selections and she/he will not allowed to take part into: each video uploaded on Office365 must match with an application on iscrizioni.accademialascala.it
